How Can I Place an Order?
You may start shopping by creating a Bendis Design membership and verifying your e-mail address. After creating your membership and logging in, you may complete your order by:
I. Adding your preferred products to your cart via the store page,
II. Providing the identity, address, and contact information required for the order,
III. Selecting the payment method and submitting the necessary payment details,
IV. Confirming and verifying the contents of your cart and the information you have provided during the payment stage.
Upon confirming the accuracy of all your information and order details, you may complete your order by accepting the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, which include your information and other legally required disclosures.
Will the Contracts Related to My Order Be Delivered to Me?
Upon approval of your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided as soon as possible. In accordance with the Tax Procedure Law and the relevant communiqués, e-archive invoices are issued for sales exceeding TRY 29,700, and such invoices are sent to the e-mail address specified by the buyer during the order process.
In addition, the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement prepared in relation to your order will be sent to your e-mail address and will also be retained by us for a period of 3 years.

Can I Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the products are shipped.

In the event of order cancellation, the refund period may vary depending on the bank you are working with, but the refund will be completed within a maximum of 10 (ten) days. However, in most cases, the refund is processed on the same day or within the following 1–2 (one to two) days. If payment was made in installments, the refunded amount will be reflected on your card in installments corresponding to the original payment plan.
What Are Your Return Conditions?
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods, without providing any justification and without paying any penalty. The applicable conditions are as follows:
I. Pursuant to subparagraphs (c) and (ç) of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning the delivery of goods that are perishable or may expire, or goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
II. Since the prices of the products offered for sale vary depending on international gold prices and foreign exchange rates and are not under the control of the SELLER or supplier, and since such products are considered goods prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or personal needs, the BUYER does not have the right of withdrawal pursuant to subparagraphs (a) and (b). Returns or exchanges of products that fall within this scope and whose original packaging has been damaged, used, or deteriorated are not accepted.
III. You may return the products you have purchased provided that they are unused and have not lost their resale value. It is mandatory that the product labels and logos are not damaged and that all accessories, gifts, and the invoice sent to you are returned together with the product.
IV. Unopened or unused products, or products accepted within the scope of the right of withdrawal following inspection by the SELLER, may be returned together with the invoice. In such cases, the return shipping costs shall be covered by our company without any additional charges.
Our company reserves the right to request photographs or similar materials within the scope of exercising the right of withdrawal.
V. If the packaging has been opened but the product delivered is defective, or if the purchased product is found to be defective, the product may be exchanged upon your request or the product price and shipping costs will be refunded.

Orders for products manufactured in line with the BUYER’s special requests or produced as personalized items through modifications or additions cannot be canceled. Accordingly, all rings adjusted based on the finger size selected by the buyer at the time of order, products with inscriptions written on stones or on/in gold parts, and all products produced in accordance with the buyer’s specific requests are considered non-cancellable products.

Credit card information is used solely for securely transmitting payment details to the relevant banks during the collection process to obtain authorization and is deleted from the system after authorization. Except for information required for the receipt and delivery of your order, the information you provide will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.
What Are the Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms?
In disputes that may arise between the seller and the consumer, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court located in the consumer’s place of residence or where the consumer transaction was carried out shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade each December.
